This year, we’re transforming our annual Pastors’ Conference into a tranquil Clergy Retreat & Gathering of the Ministerium, inviting you to a haven of rest and spiritual health amidst the daily grind of parish ministry. Set against the serene backdrop of Lake Buena Vista, Florida, this retreat embodies a gentle pace, offering a welcomed pause from the daily ministry duties.

Immerse in a journey of soul care, enveloped in daily prayer, reflective solitude, and heartfelt community interactions. Engage in spiritual practices, find solace in confession, and draw closer to Christ through thoughtful large- and small-group sessions. It’s not merely a retreat; it’s a sacred space of healing and support, fostering a deeper bond within our ministerial community as we together seek rejuvenation in the Lord’s presence.

Additionally, the retreat will be bookended by familiar and new events, including Pastoral Development Days, Clergy Spouses’ Gathering, Clergy Couples’ Gathering, and the First Five Pastors Continuing Education events.

  • For Hotel reservations, call 1-800-325-0720 and refer to the Group Number 10022454.
  • Hotel reservations must be canceled prior to 12:00 pm the day before the day of check-in for a refund.
  • Reservation cut-off date: December 14, 2023 to receive a group rate.
  • There are no hidden resort fees.
  • Breakfast and Evening “Kick Back” are included. Self-parking fee: $25/day.

Clergy Spouses’ Gathering
Monday, January 15 from 7:00–9:00 pm

A special evening awaits the spouses of clergy at the Clergy Spouses’ Gathering. In a relaxed, welcoming setting, enjoy tasty hors d’œuvres, share experiences, and find a network of support among those who understand the unique journey of being married to ordained ministers. It’s an evening of camaraderie and understanding that you wouldn’t want to miss.

Clergy Couples’ Gathering
Monday, January 15 from 7:00–9:00 pm

Come along with your spouse to the Clergy Couples’ Gathering, a cozy evening designed for couples where both are members of the clergy. Engage in heartfelt discussions, share your ministry settings, and enjoy delightful hors d’œuvres and drinks. It’s a sweet blend of fellowship, fun, and understanding!

Meant for those in their first five years of ordained ministry, join us for this opportunity to engage with peers, share experiences, and learn from each other in a supportive environment. It’s a vibrant space to learn, grow, and prepare for the beautiful ministry days ahead!
