The North American Lutheran Church is now 500 congregations strong! When the NALC was formed in 2010, it began with 17 charter congregations. This week, we grew to 500 congregations—thanks be to God!
We have released our next two-year daily prayer and reading calendar, Devoted to Prayer. This guide is to provide the average layperson and pastor with the simple tools for sorting through the busyness of their lives and reclaiming an act of daily discipleship with their Lord. The daily readings follow the Lutheran Book of Worship two-year daily lectionary, which reflect the church calendar closely.
