Holy Families
“Holy Families!” is an initiative of the North American Lutheran Church provided through a generous grant from the Thrivent Foundation, in honor of the 500th anniversary of the Lutheran Reformation (1517 AD to 2017 AD). Produced by Sola Publishing, this special initiative includes a number of Lutheran discipleship resources for families and congregations

Daily Bible Reading Guide
“Reading the Word of God,” a daily Bible reading guide, was conceived and prepared as a result of ongoing discussions between representatives of three church bodies: Lutheran Church–Canada (LCC), The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) and the North American Lutheran Church (NALC). In order to encourage the people of our church bodies in daily reading of Holy Scripture, a three-year plan of daily Bible readings and a year-long series of weekly readings on Martin Luther’s approach to the Scriptures have been prepared and available as calendars for 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Sola Publishing
Sola Publishing of Maple Lake, Minnesota, serves the NALC as a ministry partner in the area of education and congregational resources. Emerging as a new Lutheran publishing ministry, Sola Publishing provides teaching resources that are trustworthy and useful, at a reasonable price.

DVD Series by Rev. Dr. James Nestingen
A DVD study led by popular Lutheran theologian, the Rev. Dr. James Nestingen, is now available from the NALC. This 12-part DVD on Lutheran theology as explained in the Lutheran Confessions and Martin Luther’s Small Catechism is an excellent resource for adult studies.
