Seeking to provide spiritual and material support to the Bariadi Lutheran Church in Tanzania for its ministry to orphans of Home of Peace Orphanage in Bariadi, Grace Tanzania Fund is located in Ohio and affiliated with Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, an NALC congregation in Jackson Center, OH.

The goal of the orphanage ministry is to provide knowledge so these children can be educated and lead productive lives. They attend a Lutheran-based school on-site. “Children at the orphanage are taught to pray, study the Bible, participate in Lutheran church services by singing and reciting Scripture. They are taught the catechism and encouraged to apply their faith to their lives while helping grow and spread God’s Kingdom.”
