The Michael C.D. McDaniel Center for Theology of the Department of Lutheran Studies at Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte, North Carolina, is presenting its annual Reformation Conference Ecclesia Plantanda Lecture Series. This year’s theme is “Discipleship.” What does discipleship that is faithful to the Biblical witness by being fruitful ambassadors of the gospel in the 21st century look like?

Pastor Roy A. Harrisville III, pastor of New Life Lutheran Church (NALC) in Menomonie, WI, and dean of the NALC’s Wisconsin/Upper Michigan Mission District,  is one of the featured speakers. Pastor Steve Turnbull, senior pastor at First Lutheran Church (LCMC) in White Bear Lake, MN, will also speak.

Conference registration is at 1:30 pm, with two lectures during the afternoon, followed by a dinner and worship service at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, with the Rev. Dr. Mary Havens preaching.
