The NALC Canada Mission District will be hosting a Lutheran Youth Together Event (LYTE) Gathering May 15-18 at The Goldeye Centre, (www.goldeye.org) which is located west of Nordegg, Alberta. The Goldeye Centre provides many opportunities for outdoor activities.
This event is for youth in grades 7-12 as they ponder deeply what it means to have our identity in Christ through our Baptism.
Young adults (ages 19-25) are also encouraged to attend as Leaders in Training and Example (LITEs).
What to Expect

Worship and music leaders — Tangled Blue (Aimee and Joel Pakan)
Keynote speaker – NALC Bishop John Bradosky
Mission emphasis speaker – Kevin Herr of Water Missions International
Outdoor activities – high ropes challenge course, a giant 60′ arc swing, dual zip line, archery, canoeing and kayaking, fishing, swimming, hiking, a 32′ climbing wall, sports field for wide games
